What do CarcoCRM plans cost?

CarcoCRM has three tiers, Starter, Growth, and Enterprise, all priced in Canadian dollars plus applicable taxes. Starter and Growth are fixed monthly prices, shown on this page, with two months free when you pay annually. Enterprise is tailored to dealer groups and multiple rooftops, so contact our team for a quote.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial and no card required. You only set up billing when you decide to continue.

How are the tiers sized?

Plans are keyed to your active inventory and the number of team seats you need. Every plan runs the full platform, and higher tiers add capacity, a higher level of support, and multi-rooftop support. Starter suits a single lot getting organized, Growth suits dealers ready to scale, and Enterprise covers groups and multiple rooftops.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move up a plan yourself at any time from Settings, Account and Billing, and the larger limits apply right away. To move down a plan, contact our team and we will switch it for you.

What is included in every plan?

Inventory, consignment, the deal workbench with e-sign, lead CRM, vehicle intelligence, custom roles, the mobile app, a data processing agreement, and Canadian data residency are included on every plan, along with a free monthly allowance of AI tools and Black Book lookups. Higher tiers add capacity, a higher level of support, and multi-rooftop support. Intelligence, SMS, calling, and website analytics are add-ons you can put on any plan.

How does the free AI and Black Book allowance work?

Every plan includes 250,000 AI tokens and 20 Black Book lookups a month for each rooftop. AI pricing, Carfax reading, AI listing copy, photo labels, and driver's licence reads draw on the tokens, and an AI price uses about 4,000. A VIN decode, a trim's specs and book values, and a trade-in's book values each use one lookup, and the same car counts once a month. When the allowance runs out, those tools pause until the next month or until you add Intelligence. We never bill you for going over.

What does Intelligence add?

With Intelligence there is no monthly allowance on the AI tools or Black Book, and the automatic work turns on: pricing website applications as they arrive, labelling photos as they upload, and filling a new car's specs from Black Book. It is $149 a month (CAD, plus applicable taxes) or $1,490 a year, on any plan.
