Our story
From a working lot to a platform for dealers
CarcoCRM was not designed in a boardroom. It grew out of the daily work of running a real dealership.
CarcoCRM started as the software one Ontario dealership needed and could not buy. The tools on the market were either legacy dealer systems that felt a decade behind, or generic CRMs that had never met a consignment agreement, a bill of sale, or a trade-in. So the dealership built its own.
Every workflow was proven on a real sales floor first. Consignment intake, the AI pricing engine, the deal workbench, inventory, and lead follow-up all earned their place by making a working dealership run better, not by looking good in a slide deck. If something did not help sell cars or keep the lot organized, it did not survive.
That dealership, mycarco.ca in Newmarket, Ontario, is now tenant number one on the platform. Because CarcoCRM was battle-tested on a live lot before it was ever sold to another dealer, the product other dealerships adopt is the same system that already runs a real business every day.
Today CarcoCRM is offered to used-car, consignment, and independent dealers across Canada. It stays Canadian-owned and Canadian-hosted, built by operators who still care about the difference between software that demos well and software that actually works on the floor.
